Brenda is the Chief Operating Officer, Ability Options and the CEO of Olympus Solutions the Ability Options employment brand. She has worked in employment services for more than 20 years commencing in disability employment. She has had experience working with many different groups including ex-offenders, people experiencing mental health issues and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

James Christian is a proud Wiradjuri man from the Riverina area who was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the NSW Aboriginal Land Council in May 2017. Mr Christian has extensive experience in the public sector at Federal Government and State level. James also has extensive experience working with civil society, and has held various positions in the community sector including holding the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Services Co-operative.
Before joining NSWALC, Mr Christian served as National Group Manager, Disability, Employment and Carers at the Federal Department of Social Services.
In NSW, Mr Christian led Aboriginal Affairs NSW, was Deputy Director-General of the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care and Chief Executive Officer of the Aboriginal Housing Office.
In 2011, Mr Christian received a Public Service Medal for outstanding service in improving opportunities for economic participation and employment of First Nations peoples.
General Manager, Aboriginal Programs and Strategy
Annette is a Ngunawal Wiradjuri woman, her mother is a Whitaker from the Yass Valley near Canberra. She lives on the land of the Dharawal people in Macarthur areas of Sydney.
Annette has held executive positions as Deputy Chair of the Tharawal Local Aboriginal Land Council of which she is an active member, she has been a member of local Indigenous advisory committees such as NAIDOC, MACROC, Sydney Health District, South Western Area Health District & Elders Olympics.
Annette was a member of the Australian Delegation to the United Nations in NYC for the Permanent Forum for Indigenous Peoples in 2018.
Annette has over 25 years experience in the employment industry. She commenced her career in commercial recruitment working with international consultancies such as Adecco, Manpower and Hays, she then moved into the not for profit sector with Mission Australia leading the Macarthur ESA employment team. She then managed the Indigenous division of a Group Training Provider MG MyGateway, before moving into an Indigenous business with the Aboriginal Employment Strategy where she was part of the Senior Executive Leadership Team driving contracts and strategy.
Annette holds an Advanced Diploma in Business and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Employment Services.
Annette now leads Indigenous business for Ability Options where she is the General Manager Aboriginal Programs and Strategy. Here she leads the Olympus Solutions VTEC Contract team, and she manages the organisations Reconciliation Action Plan and Indigenous service strategy. Annette has recently brokered a partnership with Olympus Solutions & The NSW Aboriginal Land Council for Indigenous employment service.
